Precise ParkLink Introduces Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for its Employees

For immediate release.

Thursday, February 23, 2023

Precise ParkLink is proud to announce that we have recently introduced a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) for our employees and participating affiliates. A group RRSP is an employer-sponsored savings plan that allows eligible employees to contribute to their retirement savings.

Contributing to Precise ParkLink’s group RRSP is entirely voluntary and allows employees to have savings deducted directly from their payroll bi-weekly. Precise ParkLink will automatically match the employee’s contribution up to a specified amount determined by their employment level. All contributions are tax-deductible, and all investment earnings are tax-sheltered. Employee contributions will be managed by a professional investment management firm, Caldwell Securities Ltd., and invested in Westhaven Real Estate Investment (“Westhaven REIT”) units. Westhaven REIT is a Canadian real estate investment trust (REIT) in accordance with the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Luigi Lato, Chief Operating Officer at Precise ParkLink, stated, “We are pleased to offer our employees and participating affiliates the ability to contribute to a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan. This added benefit will help our employees plan for their future and work towards their financial goals. Our contribution matching program will enhance employees’ contributions, leading to increased savings and peace of mind. At Precise ParkLink, investing in our employees remains a key priority, and we look forward to continuing to do so through employee-focused initiatives.”

Precise ParkLink’s mission is to enrich the lives of its employees by providing ongoing growth opportunities that allow them to excel and prosper.
